The Nine Teachings Explained
Tenet 1: Mastery of Thought
You will learn how to become the master of your conscious and subconscious mind while exploring how beliefs sculpt reality, even though most of what we believe to be true is actually an illusion of the ego's creation. Meditation and Contemplation techniques will be introduced, as well as a discourse on the Law of Mentalism. Negative thinking will be a thing of the past after the teachings taught within this month are put into full practice.

Tenet 2: Mastery of Impulse
Addictive tendencies? Impulsive behavior? An impossible to quiet mind? Impulsiveness applies to mental, physical, and even emotional behavior. In this month you will learn how to override your impulsive and compulsive tendencies that cause harm to yourself and others. Building from Tenet One, your meditation and mindfulness practices will strengthen immensely as you become the observer behind your thoughts, actions, and feelings, rather than being controlled by them.

Tenet 3: Mastery of Emotion
In this month you will learn how to pick and choose your emotions, while honoring the painful ones without being consumed by their potency. Even when facing challenges such as the death of a loved one, grief becomes a nonissue as we learn the science behind our emotions and how to channel their energy into productive ways while still maintaining our peace of mind and body learned in the previous two tenets. Also taught in this month is the healing of core wounds and past trauma.

Tenet 4: Ignorance is an Illusion; We Seek Understanding
Having completed the initial three tenets, we are now ready to dive deeper into teachings of the mind as we begin learning how to see beyond our opinions and feelings about life. In this month you will get to know your subconscious mind on an intimate level, uncovering and fully embracing every part of yourself so that genuine self-acceptance can take place. The ego hides in many places within the subconscious mind, and you will become the master at disarming the ego traps before they go off, thus breaking cycles of "karma" in your life.

Tenet 5: Chaos is an Illusion; We Seek Harmony
Chaos is a state of mind and state of being that we either get caught up in or learn to move through with grace. We cannot control what happens out in the world yet we have incredible power over how we respond to. In this month you will learn how to be a harmonizing power for yourself and others, becoming the peace amidst any storm. Through this teaching along with consistent practice, you will cease being bothered by and triggered by external conditions—thus beginning the process of stepping into a lifestyle of unconditional happiness and peace.

Tenet 6: Duality is an Illusion; We Seek Transcendence
One of the most unique yet rewarding teachings to master is the transcendence of duality. This teaching invites you to look beyond your beliefs of right and wrong, good and bad. Instead you learn to see all things in life as neutral: simply bringing you closer to peace or creating further pain. In this month you learn how to neutralize your thoughts and feelings, finally coming into full mastery of the ebb and flow of your emotions. The Law of Polarity and Rhythm will also be taught, along with practical practices on how to use them.

Tenet 7: Release the Mundane
Our attachments to people we love as well as the things and places we love is the cause of much unintentional suffering because nothing lasts forever. In this month you will learn how to let go of your attachments so that you may in turn love more deeply. A paradox, yes, yet deeply true nonetheless. Another attachment some people have that is often conquered in this month is the attachment to being alive and thus one day going through the death experience. Fear of aging, sickness, and death is explored and released, in turn being replaced by a full celebration of life. Being afraid of death and impermanence often stunts us from fully being alive and enjoying every day.

Tenet 8: Release Knowing
Often one of the more challenging months as you begin to release everything you have come to know along your journey. Ego uses knowledge to trap you from continuing to grow, since the moment you think you "know" is the moment you stop understanding. This month, though at times challenging, is met with a lot of humor as we explore just how tricky the ego can be. This month also provides an excellent exploration into the art of vulnerability and the ways in which you may still protect yourself from others and the world.

Tenet 9: Release Self
As we reach the concluding month of our journey together you finally are ready to release your constructed sense of self and identity. Ironically, this program helps you understand yourself better than ever before, and yet in the end, we must fully release who we think we are—thus mastering the ultimate reality of impermanence. By doing so, your love becomes unconditional alongside your peace. Though it seems like yet another paradox, this Release of Self actually provides you with the foundation to the live the rest of your life in joy. By not being attached to yourself or others, it allows you to forever be fully present everyday with everyone. This is the meaning of living an enlightened life.
