Whether you're learning from a self-help book, already studying psychology and mindfulness, or receiving coaching or counseling—I've found, from experience, that there's often something "missing". But in my years of doing this work, first through my own healing journey and now almost a decade into coaching others, I have found that there is often a separation between what is being taught or learned and of people literally LIVING a lifestyle of PEACE.
We all talk about peace, yet how many of us actually rise to the occasion when it counts the most? I created this program to help fill in the gaps by providing you with action-oriented techniques and daily practices you can begin using immediately, even when life throws you curve balls. If you're already in a coaching or counseling program, combine what you learn here with it.
