The Do's & The Don'ts
Whether it's your first session or tenth session, it's always important to come prepared!
Imagine that sessions always start fifteen minutes early. This will help you be on time. Additionally, the fifteen minutes allows you to calm your mind, review any homework, and write down questions you would like to bring up during the session.
Please always have pen and paper ready
Please always be in a space where you will not be interrupted. If you know you will be interrupted, it is best to reschedule.
And please never enter into a session under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering narcotics.
Rescheduling & No-Show Policy:
We have a 24-hour notice rescheduling policy. However, sometimes life happens and last minute changes are necessary. On rare occasions, a two hour's notice will suffice. Last minute rescheduling, such as 15 minutes prior to the session starting, will be considered a No-Show.
No-Shows will be charged 50% of the session cost.
Again, life happens and sometimes you may be running late. It is important that you let Alaric know (970) 880-2297. Alaric marks anyone as a No-Show at 15 minutes in if he has not heard from them. However, if you anticipate being 15 minutes late then it is best to just reschedule.
You can always reach Alaric at his direct line: (970) 880-2297 via text or call. If he does not immediately pick up, please leave a voicemail. If you are long-distance and having difficulty logging into the Zoom session, it is your responsibility to let Alaric know so he can assist.
